Vince DelMonte

Vince Del Monte has an  Honours Kinesiology degree from the University of  Western Ontario, he is one of the most sought out fitness professionals in his area.

Vince knows what it takes to build muscle, lose weight and overcome muscle unfriendly genes in the shortest time possible. He was so skinny growing up, he earned the nickname Skinny Vinny. Before, when Vince was taking massive amounts of supplements and blindly following what the magazines told him to do, he was an embarrassingly scrawny 149 pound twerp.

After He discovered the truth he shot up to an impressive 190 pounds of rock-solid, ripped muscle mass in under 6 months.

In 2005, he ventured into the fitness modeling world and won the Canadian Fitness Model Championships.

Vince is a regular contributor to Men’s Fitness Magazine; and was featured on Maximum Fitness Magazine for his Skinny Vinny to Brawny transformation story.

Today Vince is a lifetime natural trainee who today competes in drug-free World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) fitness shows and currently holds the title of Canadian Fitness Model Champion. He’s a full-time personal trainer at Phoenix Fitness in Hamilton, Canada, where he’s known not as “Skinny Vinny” any more but as “The Transformation Specialist.” He offers advice for hardgainers online at vincedelmontefitness.com, and is also the author of two best selling ebooks called Vince DelMonte’s “No-Nonsense Muscle Building: Skinny Guy Secrets to Insane Muscle Gain” & Your Six Pack Quest fat loss program“. He’s also solved his problem with the ladies. “My self-confidence has increased, big time,” says Vince. “I definitely get a lot more attention.”
